1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CafeOS (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our software applications, website (thecafeos.app), QR code menus, captain devices, and general SaaS dashboard (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a business, cafe, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Services.
2. Description of Services & Subscription Plans
CafeOS provides an advanced web-based operating system designed for modern cafes, including features like digital menu displays, table reservation management, captain/staff handoffs, point-of-sale (POS) billing, and integrations. Our services are provided under three distinct tiers:
- Digital Menu Plan (₹599/month): Designed for modern digital display without operational POS. Includes digital menus, QR codes per table, up to 10 tables, up to 50 active products, and up to 2 active staff/captains. POS billing and third-party integrations are explicitly restricted.
- Growth Plan (₹1,499/month): Full operational POS suite supporting up to 25 tables, 500 products, and 20 staff members. Gated out of advanced inventory and external API integrations.
- Premium Plan (₹2,999/month): Entirely unrestricted access (up to 9,999 tables, products, and staff), including advanced AI forecasting, automated stock operations, and multi-branch management.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain dashboard features, you must create a tenant account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete details during signup and onboarding.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept sole responsibility for all activities, billing changes, or staff allocations that occur under your tenant space.
- Notify us immediately at goouthamm@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, & Cancellations
All billing is managed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle. We offer self-serve plan modifications directly in your Tenant Subscription settings:
- Upgrades & Downgrades: Upgrading or downgrading between Digital Menu, Growth, or Premium will adjust your resource limits (staff, tables, products) and feature toggles immediately.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CafeOS and its partners, developers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customer data, or operational downtime resulting from your access to or inability to use the Services.
